Below you'll find an overview of what to expect from us in the beginning of the process.
Short Intro Call
This is designed to be a short call on purpose. Just to introduce ourselves and decide if what YOU need is what WE can provide. We specialize in Paid Search and Paid Social advertising and might not be what you are looking for if need an A to Z agency partner. We want to make sure that we "click" pun intended, before jumping into a long-term partnership with you. We will also briefly discuss your marketing budget during this call as well. If everything is feeling right then we will send over a brief onboarding questionnaire to help us build our Scope of Work and Proposal.
Onboarding Call
Once the Scope of Work and Proposal have been accepted and signed we will be just as eager as you are to get the ball rolling. But FIRST, we will need to hop on a quick call to make sure that we have access to all the platforms you've chosen to have us manage for you. This will be things like connecting our business managers to yours on Search and Social platforms as well as making sure you billing information on those platforms is up-to- date and accurate as well.
Scope Of Work/Propsal
This will act as a recap of our short intro call as well as lay out the Scope of our Work we intend to perform to achieve your best results. Included with the scope of work will be a breakdown of our pricing which will keep in mind the budget you share with us during the Intro Call. Your job from this stage will be to look over the document with all the key decision makers in your companies and rapid fire any questions you may have back to us!
Bi-Weekly Check-Ins
Now that your campaigns are off to the races and attracting new eyes on your business, we will want to make sure we establish a bi-weekly feedback loop. This will be for both of us to discuss what's working and what's not working. We expect feedback from you on the quality of leads that have been coming through, and you can expect from us a report of the raw data along with the story the data is telling us about performance.
